What are your hours?

Ceramic Supply Inc. is open Monday through Friday, from 9:00 a.m. through 5:00 p.m. and every 2nd Saturday of the month from 10:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. We are closed certain holidays.

Are your clays pre-mixed?

Standard wet clays are accurately formulated, completely mixed, pugged and de-aired.

 

How are your clays packaged?

WET clay bodies are packaged in plastic bags, two 25-lb. bags per carton.

 

What glaze manufacturers do you carry?

We carry glazes by Amaco, Duncan, Mayco, Spectrum,  and Standard.

PAYMENT

No checks, cash, Ceramic Supply In-Store Gift Certificates, or purchase orders will be accepted for the online store.

RETURNS

All claims must be made within 10 days of shipping date and accompanied by invoice. Please contact us for a return authorization number before shipping any goods back to us. No returns will be accepted without authorization. We will pay return shipping charges only on items mis-shipped or defective. All other returns must be shipped at the cost of the purchaser. A 20% restocking fee is charged for returns.
Special Orders, books, and kiln shelves may not be returned under any circumstances. No cash refunds. 

Damage (Motorfreight)

Boxes are stacked and shrink wrapped on a pallet for one step handling to reduce or eliminate extra handling damage. If you detect any obvious damage upon delivery, note the damage directly on the delivery ticket before signing it.  Please contact us if there is a problem with your order.

Shortages and Backorders

Each order is double checked for accuracy. Please check your order carefully against your packing list/invoice attached to the outside of one box. Report any discrepancies to us within 48 hours of receipt. 

School backorders will be shipping via the best way when the items are available.  If you have a question about a backorder please email orders@eceramicsupply.com.

SCHOOL ORDERS

If you are placing an order for a school, you must call, fax, or e-mail your order in. Please call us at 800-723-7264, fax us at 973-340-0089, or e-mail us at orders@eceramicsupply.com and we will send you a quote and confirm your delivery.

DISTRIBUTORS/ STOREFRONTS

If you are a business, storefront, or one of our distributors please e-mail, fax or call in your order to receive your applicable discounts.

Damage (UPS)

Your order will be packed to arrive in good condition.  Please contact us if there is a problem with your order.

Ceramic Supply's Warranty

Warranty service is provided or arranged by Ceramic Supply for its customers in accordance with manufacturer's warranty conditions. There may be freight charges if shipments between our warehouse and manufacturer's plant is required.

Warranty service performed at the customer's premises will bear usual labor charges unless specifically covered by the manufacturer's warranty conditions.
