Are your clays pre-mixed?

Standard wet clays are accurately formulated, completely mixed, pugged and de-aired.

Please note clay prices have increased as of November 1st, 2021.

How are your clays packaged?

WET clay bodies are packaged in plastic bags, two 25-lb. bags per carton, sold per 50lbs.


What glaze manufacturers do you carry?

We carry glazes by Amaco, Mayco (Duncan), Spectrum, and Standard.

No checks, cash, Ceramic Supply In-Store Gift Certificates, or purchase orders will be accepted for the online store.


We are not able to process returns due to the COVID-19 virus at this time.  Please check back with us.

All claims must be made within 10 days of shipping date and accompanied by invoice. Please contact us for a return authorization number before shipping any goods back to us. No returns will be accepted without authorization. We will pay return shipping charges only on items mis-shipped or defective. All other returns must be shipped at the cost of the purchaser. A 20% restocking fee is charged for returns.
Special Orders, books, and kiln shelves may not be returned under any circumstances. No cash refunds. 

Damage (Motor freight)

Boxes are stacked and shrink wrapped on a pallet for one step handling to reduce or eliminate extra handling damage. If you detect any obvious damage upon delivery, note the damage directly on the delivery ticket before signing it.  Please contact us if there is a problem with your order.

Shortages and Backorders

Each order is double checked for accuracy. Please check your order carefully against your packing list/invoice attached to the outside of one box. Report any discrepancies to us within 48 hours of receipt. 

School backorders will be shipping via the best way when the items are available.  If you have a question about a backorder please email orders@eceramicsupply.com.
