Our new hours are Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday from 11AM - 3PM, we are closed Monday and Friday.
** Please do not use the online store to place pickup orders, we only ship via UPS Ground when you order thru the online store **
To place a pickup order at our loading dock please send an email to Orders@eceramicsupply.com the day prior to pickup with your name, billing address & phone number. The list of items you are picking up (you can copy and paste your cart in the email if that is easier). We will call you with your total once the order has been pulled. You can call 973-340-3005 x 212 when you are at the loading dock and someone will bring the items to you. Do not leave a message, try calling back if you don't get anyone. You must pickup between 11am-3pm, Tuesday thru Thursday, we are closed Monday & Friday. **Please wait until you hear back from someone that your order is ready for pickup before coming to the dock **
To place a truck delivery please send an email to Laura@eceramicsupply.com by 1pm with your name, billing address and delivery address. The list of items you want and your phone number. We will contact you for your credit card information. We may not have the same route as planned for the coming weeks. Our dispatcher will call to confirm and schedule your delivery. Deliveries are curbside only and can take 3-10 business days depending on your county. Click here for delivery minimums.
Our walk-in store is temporarily unavailable to the public.
