** Please do not use the online store to place pickup orders, we only ship via UPS Ground when you order thru the online store email the order to Orders@eceramicsupply.com **
To place a pickup order at our loading dock please send an email to Orders@eceramicsupply.com the day prior to pickup with your name, billing address & phone number.  The list of items you are picking up (you can copy and paste your cart in the email if that is easier).  We will call you with your total once the order is ready for pickup.  You can call 973-340-3005 x 212 when you are at the loading dock.  Pickups are done between 10am-4:30pm, Monday thru Friday.  ** Please wait until you hear back from someone that your order is ready for pickup before coming to the dock **
To place a truck delivery please send an email to Laura@eceramicsupply.com before noon, two days prior to delivery with your name, billing address and delivery address.  The list of items you want and your phone number.  We will contact you for your credit card information.  Order placed after 1pm will be held for the following delivery day.  Deliveries are brought to your door, we are not going inside at this time.  Deliveries are subject to change and can sometimes take 1-2 weeks.  You can call Angel #551-482-8787 to check on your delivery status.  Click here for delivery minimums.
